Samsung launches Galaxy Y for Rs 7,830

Samsung has launched the Galaxy y for Rs 7,830 and not the Wave Y as we had earlier reported (that post has been taken down to prevent any confusion). The Galaxy Y runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread on a 3.0-inch QVGA (240×320 pixels) with a 832 MHz processor. We are on our way to get a hands-on of the device, so stay tuned in for our hands-on and first impressions. In the meanwhile, read on for the technical specifications of the Wave Y.
