Nokia has just announced its Symbian Anna based smartphone – the Nokia 500. The handset is 3G ready, runs on a 1Ghz processor, features a 3.2-inch capacitive display with a screen resolution of 640×360 pixels, a 5.0 megapixel camera at the back with video recording (no secondary or front-facing camera), in-built storage of 2 GB expandable up to 32 GB, promises a talk-time of 5-7 hours on 3G and 2G networks respectively and music playback time of up to 35 hours. The Nokia 500 will be available in Black and White colors, the Black version will be available in Q3 and the White version will only hit by the end of Q4. The handset will also bundle three different colored back covers and will be priced around Rs 9,500 before taxes and subsidies. Check out the video after the break.
